Bill of Rights - 6th Ammendment

• In all crimial prosecutions,
  • the accused
    • shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial,
    • by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed,
    • which district shall have been previously ascertained by law,
• and
  • to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation;
  • to be confronted with the witnesses against him;
    • to have compulsory process for obtaining Witnesses in his favor
  • and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.

Notes

The Jury is the Guardian of FREEDOM... The Jury can NULLIFY BAD LAWS by voting "NOT GUILTY" on any law they do not like. Many judges have lied to Jury Members when tehy tell the Jury that Judges decide the law and teh Jury only decides the facts (Brailsford vs. Georgia - U.S. Supreme Court). Prohibition and Slavery wee abolished because the Jury had wisdom and Nullified those BAD LAWS when they voted "NOT GUILTY" in those cases. The Jury can do the sme thing in any case against the IRS. This would help every American to obtain a Pay Raise and Freedom from Fear and Tyranny of the Tax Collectors.

The 6th Amendment does NOT say or mean that our "counsel of choice" must be a Bar Association lawyer, or that our counsel must have a license.
A judge violates his oath of office when he:

1. denies a citizen witnesses in his favor to speak in front of the Jury,
2. denies counsel of choice, or
3. denies the jury the right to judge the law and the facts of the case.
