Bill of Rights - 7th Ammendment
- In Suits at common law,
- where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars,
- the right of trial by jury shall be preserved,
- and no fact tried by a jury,
- shall be otherise reexamined in any Court of the United States,
- than according to the rules of the common law
Notes
Congress shall pass no law that would take any private property without trial by jury, and if that happens, the individuals and agencies are practicing tryanny! Private property means homes, wages, automobiles, bank accounts, etc. Protection from such tyranny is our 7th Amendment Right.
Remember, it takes only one Jury member to stand firm... To Vote "NOT GUILTY."

IS YOUR FREEDOM IN DANGER?
(The Destruction of the Bill of Rights)
By Jarret Wollstein
Excerpt from the above pamphlet
Less than 3% of persons criminally indicted now get a trial. The threat of
lengthy pre-trial detention and asset forfeiture force many innocent people to plead guilty. Legislation is now pending to substitute administrative judges controlled by the Executive Branch for most trials by jury.
