to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States...

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform laws ... of Bankruptcies...

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting...
To establish Post Offices and post Roads,
To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries (copyright and patents).
To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court.
To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas...
Lately, there has been much written about fringe on the flag. Fringe on the flag means it is a Maritime flag. The Federal courts use a flag with fringe. That being the case, they are a Maritime court... ?!?!?
To declare War...
To raise and support Armies
To provide and maintain a Navy
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and Naval forces
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions
To provide for organizing, arming and disciplining, the Militia
To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases ... over [the] District...[of Columbia] and all Places purchased .... for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings
To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers... 

NOTE

Many State Citizens have been prosecuted under laws written by this authority. The laws apply only to the D.C. and Federally owned territories. You must make the distinction in some court cases that you are a sovereign State Citizen and these laws do not apply to you. The court will then no longer have jurisdiction over you. YOU HAVE TO STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS.

There has been much written on the use of Zip Codes. The theory goes, that Zip Codes set up Federal Zones. If you use Zip Codes, you therefore fall into these Federal Zones. You therefore come under the laws which are supposed to apply only to DC and Federally owned territories. That is why you will see Patriots' mail saying things like "c/o Address..." and "Zip Code exempt." If this is the case, We The People have been coerced into giving up our sovereignty.
